What To Take on a Fun Run?

The dilemma.. what to take on a fun run when traveling with your favorite car club. We thought we'd post some suggestions for you week-end warriors who may be traveling some distance on open road excursions throughout the season.. keep in mind, the Cobra obvious only allows a condensed number of items to store on board so our list may be scant compared to others. Safety & function are first, looking really good whilst traveling in an open cockpit is essential, oh yes.. it really is. ((LOL!)) Everything else is probably considered just uh.. extra weight. We're certain there are things we've inadvertently left off the list or perhaps even added things you'd never consider taking. Either way, we're sure you'll let us know. We're counting on it. <<grin>>

- Check List..

• Basic tools - Use your own judgement
  - including but not limited to.. tire gauges,
  sm jack, Fix-A-Flat or equivalent;

• Car Cover - Tops
  - including locks for covers to prevent theft,
  wind gusts, & wild animals, etc.

• GPS - Maps
  - many cell phones offer GPS service & online
  map service, providing a signal is available.

• First Aid Items
  - basic items available in small compact packages,
  include sun screen.

• Documents - R U Legal
  - including but not limited to.. license, registration,
  insurance, AAA credentials, etc.

• Basic Apparel - 'aka' Fashion Diva Stuff (LOL!)
  - googles, sunglasses, jacket, good shoes, hat/visor/hoodie/scarves etc.
