Snake River Fun Run & BBQ - Aug 15th, 2009

Here's a half-day event where Club members can drive their cars, win prizes *and* meet afterwards for a fun BBQ.. courtesy of Club members Dick & Jo Sheehan 'aka' the Red Baron. Thanks guys for offering this fun run!

FYI.. depending on where you're coming from & for those of you.. who'd like
to travel together as a group to Nampa, Saturday morning..

 Please meet at our shop - Gear 6 Performance Automotive

We'll need to leave our shop at 8:30 to be in Nampa at 9:15 am.
All stragglers will have to catch up.  LOL!

 

Otherwise.. head to Nampa

WHEN: August 15, 2009 - 9:15 am (puh leeeeze don't be late)
WHERE: Meet at Albertsons, parking lot - Greenhurst Rd. & 12th Ave Rd, Nampa
RSVP:  NO LATER THAN Thursday, August 13th, 2009..

We will depart no later than 9:45 am and head south on HW 45 crossing the Snake River at Walters Ferry. Then HW 78 to Marsing and back across the Snake onto Marsing Rd. to Lake Shore Dr. and back to HW 45/12th Ave, finishing with a BBQ at the Sheehans home.

This route is approximately 50 miles & takes about one hour. There will be maps provided at the start along with a quiz that will require your co-pilot/navigator to pay attention to things along the route. There will be prizes for the top scores. Come enjoy a morning of fun with other Cobra enthusiasts followed by burgers & dogs!


 *Please be courteous & take a minute to RSVP the Sheehans by Thursday, whether or not you are able to attend, assumptions don't help when planning for meals, etc. Thanks. --Admin
