Steeped in tradition, the Roadster Show has been fortunate over the years to attract many of the nation’s premiere show cars. Looking back in time, featured attractions have included the World’s Longest Limo, Daktari, Pizza Wagon, Brinks Express, Fonzie’s Bike, Happy Days Merc, Pool Table Car, Farrah Fawcett’s Corvette, Pinball Wizard, Magnum P.I. Ferrari, Harrah’s Tucker, ZZ Top Eliminator Coupe, Earnhardt & Petty Nascar rides, KITT Trans Am, Playboy Bunny Coach, Wayne Newton’s Clenet, Fast and Furious RX7, Back to the Future DeLorean, Copper-bodied Rolls Royce, Frank Sinatra Ghia, Elvis Cadillac, Big Daddy Top Fueler, and countless others.

2010 will be no different. By special arrangement the show feature will showcase the “Roswell Rod” bubble top creation of Fritz Schenck, Belton, Missouri.  The wild show car appeared on the cover of Rod & Custom magazine.

The world’s fastest semi-truck will appear at the Roadster Show, too. Don Lemmons, Kelso, Wash., is the owner of the “Joint Venture” Freightliner that ran 230 miles per hour at the Bonneville Salt Flats. Amazingly enough, this twin-engined giant operates with four turbochargers and a pair of superchargers!

Don’t miss an opportunity to meet the Amazing Spiderman direct from Marvel Comics. Spiderman will appear throughout the day and evening on Saturday. Be sure and bring your camera for a photo opportunity with your son or daughter.

Sanctioned by the International Show Car Association, the Roadster Show is a Western Division point’s stop. Many of the nearly 250 competitors will be in the hunt for points, plus an opportunity to score the Goldmark award, the grand prize of this year’s Roadster Show.

The line-up of cars and trucks for this year's show is nothing shy of amazing. Better than $6 million dollars of automotive excellence will assemble inside the expansive three building Expo Idaho complex at the corner of Glenwood & Chinden in Boise.

If you've not had the chance to attend the Roadster Show in recent years, you're not gonna want to miss this year's show. Tons of competitors are coming to the show from all over the west. Plus it’s a great way to kick those winter blues.
